Shipping

After your payment, we will send your order within the next 24 hours, except if you order in weekend, then your order will be shipped the next monday.

Your order will be shipped by certified mail. We will provide you a tracking number.

Orders will be shipped from European Union. European Union Countries not need to care about customs taxes.
Countries outside EU: We will fill correctly the doc needed for not having pay custom fees when your order arrives to your country.

Shipping time: usually from 3 to 6 working days.

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. ORMUSPREMIUM.COM cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.
